This membership does not convey title to any land or buildings and does not create a possessory interest or tenancy of any kind.

Lake Space is a coworking lounge that operates at 3637 Osage Beach Pkwy Suite A, Osage Beach, MO. Members will have access to the space Sunday through Saturday 24 hours a day, unless otherwise noted by staff. The coworking space features tables, chairs, wifi, coffee, and restrooms. Seating is first-come, first-served. Lake Space makes no guarantees for a specific seating area. Members are required to take all belongings upon leaving the premises.

Appliances are provided as a courtesy and feature a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and water fountain. Any food/beverages brought in by members are personal property and must be removed on a nightly basis.

Lake Space office hours are Tuesday - Friday, 8am - 3pm.

Lake Space exists to promote growth, collaboration, and creativity for motivated professionals, remote workers, and entrepreneurs. As such, Lake Space offers several amenities and services to our members, including (but not limited to): unlimited coffee, high-speed wifi, access to an office supplies, invitations to networking & learning events, and access to business development resources.

The office supply room includes a printer and basic office supplies. These supplies are provided as a courtesy and available on an unmetered basis. Members are expected to leverage available supplies on a good-faith basis with a zero-waste focus. Meaning, if you need to print large quantities of marketing material, we kindly ask that you consider using a printing service for such tasks. Basic office supplies are provided for communal use. Items like pens and paper can be taken. Items like staplers and scissors can be borrowed (and we kindly ask that you return when finished).

Lake Space members are encouraged to invite their clients and colleagues to our facility for collaboration and deal-making. Members are allowed to serve coffee and snacks to their guests from the shared supply (within reason). Guests that wish to use the main coworking lounge will need to pay a single-use day rate of $25. This will allow them to access the internet, grab a desk, and access the office supply closet (printer, supplies).

With respect to the above-listed services available to members (including all terms related to “Access” and “Amenities and services”), Lake Space makes no guarantee of availability. While Lake Space will make every reasonable effort to fulfill the obligations listed above, in the event of an internet outage, empty printer ink cartridges, coffee shortage, limited access to a desired conference room or table, limited hours of operation, or event cancelations, members agree to release Lake Space of any liability or claim of damages of any kind.

With respect to lost/stolen items, members agree to release Lake Space of any liability for any lost or stolen items. While Lake Space takes the security and safety of our members very seriously, members are expected to take personal responsibility for any items brought into the premises.

When the time comes to cancel a membership, members are required to send an email notice to lakespace@theexchangevenue.com at least 14 days in advance of the desired cancelation date. No refunds are offered for monthly membership cancelation. A partial refund may be available for annual membership cancelations, but this is solely at the discretion of Lake Space staff.
